Between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, enjoy lunch dishes with a subtle Surinamese twist. Indulge in a perfectly grilled New York Striploin Steak, fresh salads, rich soups, flavorful pastas, and refined desserts.
From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the terrace transforms into an evening culinary destination where Surinamese flair meets gastronomic finesse in a carefully curated dinner menu.

For an exclusive experience, the Chef’s Table can be reserved for groups of 12 guests or more, featuring a tailor-made menu created by our Chef. Smaller groups can discover the Chef’s Table Dish of the Month, a monthly culinary highlight designed to surprise and delight.
